Information stored on your device

The game stores your settings, best scores, unlocked ball designs and introduction preferences on your device. It also stores pending leaderboard scores associated with your Game Center player identifier so that a failed submission can be retried for the correct account.

This information supports gameplay and preserves your preferences and records. It is not a saved game that lets you resume an unfinished run after restarting the app.

The current game has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not send gameplay to a Catalyst Mobile game server.

Optional Apple Game Center

You can play without signing in to Game Center. If you use it, the app accesses your Game Center player identifier and display name, submits your ranked-run score and stage information to Apple, and displays leaderboard results. Your Game Center nickname and scores may be visible to other players.

Apple operates Game Center under its own privacy terms. You can manage your account and Game Center privacy options in your device’s Settings. See Apple’s Game Center privacy information.

Practice scores stay local. Earlier anonymous local scores are not automatically assigned to an account when you later sign in.

Sharing a score

When you choose Share Score, the game creates a score image and text, then opens the system share sheet. You choose whether to share and who receives it. The receiving app or service’s privacy policy applies. Hoop Shooter does not automatically post on your behalf.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your device model, problem description or screenshots. We use that information to respond, investigate problems and improve support. Please do not send passwords or Game Center credentials.

Our email service processes messages so that we can receive and reply to them. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any related follow-up or applicable obligations. You can contact us to request deletion or ask about information held in support correspondence.

This website

This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, tracking cookies or contact forms. Fonts and images are served from the website itself. Links to email open your chosen email application; the website does not collect your message.

When the website is hosted, its hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. External websites linked here operate under their own privacy policies.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to use Game Center or share a score, and change sound, music and court preferences in Settings. Removing the app normally removes its local data, subject to device backups. It does not automatically remove records held by Apple Game Center.

For information held by Apple, use Apple’s account settings and privacy resources. For support information held by Catalyst Mobile Ltd, contact us to ask for access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
